west-vacancy.com scam

This email from a wholly fake company called west-vacancy.com is really recruiting for a money laundering job or something very similar. The domain itself was registered just a few days ago to a no-doubt fake registrant. Mail is handled by Google, there is no website but in this case the email originated from 188.16.123.52 in Russia.

What I do not understand is what they can do with the details just provided. Unless they really are going to contact you and propose a scheme like Nigirians do...

These fake jobs can vary a lot, typically one main task is processing stolen money. Sometimes it is other things too, like parcel reshipping, or they scammers will take out credit cards using your personal information. Some of these fake jobs can lead to trouble with the police, so best avoided.

This rubbish scammers cracked my mail and now misuse my name to send scam mails such as the following:

The "From" address is trivially easy to forge, it doesn't mean that they've cracked anything.. don't worry about it :)

I got too e-mail like this.I imediately verified the west-vacancy.com site and there was nothing there.So i thought it's a scam.I'm lucky that i found Dynamoo's Blog after a google search for west-vacany. Thank you !!!!!!
