For a technical analysis of just how shitty this stock is, this write-up at Hot Stocked explains it nicely. The company is worth virtually nothing, but by virtue of having an astonishing 1.16 trillion shares issues at 0.0001 cents each (the lowest a share can trade at), it has a completely unrealistic market capitalisation of $116 million. This is basically a ridiculously stupid way to manipulate the markets and quite how they are allowed to do it is a mystery.

The point of this spam is to try to get the stock price to move even just a little bit, so somebody who holds a substantial amount can try to make some money off some suckers who will lose pretty much everything they put in.

Hot Stocked notes that this is a "promoted stock" but there is no guarantee that StockTips.com is actually sending out this tsunami of spam. So far I have seen 500+ unique IP addresses which have the characteristics of an illegal botnet.

Whoever is sending out these spam messages is breaking the law. Anybody who tries to invest in this stock is likely to lose out. Remember, despite the claim that a 0.0001 cannot go any lower.. if the company folds, then they will probably be worth precisely nothing. Avoid.

StockTips.com categorically denies any involvement..

 ..but because I have looked into StockTips.com before I had another look to try and deduce who the mystery owner is and discovered the apparent site operator.

The email is almost definitely nothing to do with pennystockcrew.com but is instead being spammed out by a criminally-controlled botnet.

DJRT is a loss-making stock which probably doesn't have good prospects according to it's own SEC filing.

The P&D spam started on 10th June, and we can see from the trading data that somebody bought 1.8 million shares just before the spam run started [via]

This activity pushed the stock price up from 1.3 cents to nearly 5 cents. In recent years stocks have never traded particularly highly, but they recent dropped to the 1 cent area after trading from 2 to 5 cents.

Usually with a pump-and-dump spam such as this, it is either the spammers who are trying to manipulate the share price, or a stock holder seeking to boost the value of the shares so they can sell them. I have no evidence at all that anyone connected with Dale Jarrett Racing Adventure Inc has anything to do with this.


Typically, stocks promoted through P&D spams such as this will collapse after the spamming has finished, leaving investors out of pocket. Often the companies are on the verge of bankruptcy anyway, so investors sometimes lose everything. This too is likely to be a poor investment. Avoid.

Spam: Confederation MineraIs / Confederation Minerals (CNRMF) pump-and-dump

This high-volume pump-and-dump spam run is promoting the Confederation Minerals (CNRMF) stock, although the spam itself intentionally mis-spells it as Confederation MineraIs with a capital "I" replacing the lowercase "l".

We can see clearly from the Yahoo! Finance page that CNRMF is a disaster area. The stock has slumped from $1.33 in April 2011 to $0.06 today.

Usually the shares are very thinly traded with either zero trades or trades in the low thousands on most days (average trades are about 2000 per day or $120 at today's prices) . The reason for the poor share price is apparent when you look at the financials. As with several other stocks promoted through spam (especially mining stocks) there is zero income and only a bunch of expenditure.

The spam argues that this is going to be OK because CNRMF are sitting on an enormous pile of precious metals which they are shortly going to be selling off. Of course if they were actually sitting on a goldmine then the smart thing to do would be hold onto the stocks until the money comes in. In reality, the chances of this happening are approximately zero.

There doesn't seem to be a particular pattern of stock buying going on, which indicates perhaps that the pump and dump spam is being arranged by some existing stockholder trying to cash out.

Only a fool would invest in CNRMF in response to this sort of spam message. Avoid.

According to reports here the shares were recently suspended due to the pump-and-dump run that the company denies is anything to do with them. However, my previous analysis is that the P&D run is (in my personal opinion) most likely being orchestrated by an existing major stockholder rather that someone buying into the stock in order to manipulate it.

The pump and dump spam does seem to have raised the stock price from about 7.5 cents to 10.5 cents [source] but the chances are that the stock is worth much closer to zero. Avoid.

IRMGF trades on the Toronto stock exchange, it appears to have no income or cash assets but does have land holdings in Ontario. In May 2007 the share price was up to $6.82, today it is around one-hundredth of that at $0.073 a share, according to this data. There are around 75 million shares and options, which gives the firm a nominal market cap of $5.5m.

Trading levels are normally close to zero, but in late May and early June around 5.5 million shares were bought at about $0.15, since when the price halved.

Sometimes there is a pattern of share purchases just before the pump-and-dump operation, but that does not seem to be the case here.. so whoever is promoting this illegal spam run most likely already holds stock in the company.

Don't be tempted to buy stock in this company.. somebody is probably trying to cash out and is using this illegal method to try to maximise their returns. Normally when the P&D spam finishes, the stock price collapses leaving people daft enough to invest out of pocket.

IGPK has a turnover of about $2m but is haemorrhaging cash which is not a good sign, but it doesn't mean that the company is necessarily going to fold.

It looks like some sort of stock promotion started last month, but this is simply low-grade spam. However a look a the stock chart shows that the spam run has pushed up the price by 45% to $0.08.. but that is down from $0.74 in May so the price has certainly slumped.

The mail originates from 61.234.227.151 (Railcom, China) via a mailserver at 185.8.3.210 (GNC, Armenia). Despite the "arcusinvest.com" domain in the email there is no evidence that it actually comes from this domain (that belongs to Arcus Investment Ltd, a real UK investment company).

Unless you want to lose out, you should never buy stock promoted by spam as the price tends to collapse as soon as the promotion stops.. or even while the promotion is still going on!

RNBI pump-and-dump spam: "Are you a go getter?"

This pump-and-dump spam is promoting a US stock Rainbow International Corp (RNBI) with false information designed to pump up the share price while someone dumps stock:

At the moment there is only one subject and body text, but this will no doubt change as the spam evolves. A quick analysis of RNBI shows a company with no significant assets or income and no news or press releases indicating anything going on. The stock was aggressively pumped last month, but this latest round is using illegal spamming to try to promote the stock.

There are some anomalies with this stock. Despite having virtually no income or assets, the market capitalisation is still $52m which seems a lot. The stock chart shows that the price collapsed from a high of $0.59 late last year to $0.06 and then $0.09 before aggressive pumping took it up to about $0.20 or so, shifting around 34 million shares (or about $7m worth of stock). Before the pumping, the daily trade level was basically zero.

In my personal opinion, it is likely that this action is being taken by a major stockholder wanting to dump their shares for whatever reason. Remember that most stocks promoted by pump-and-dump spam collapse afterwards, so it is a good idea to give RNBI a very wide berth.

Ummm... well, it's an interesting approach but if people are daft enough to fall for this sort of spam then it might be a bit too subtle for them.

There's been a lot of speculation about where the market is going.

Truth be told no one really knows but it seems like we can expect to see things continue going up a bit.
That being said more companies these days are really overpriced.
Would you get in google at the current share price? Or apple? Or coca cola? they all seem to expensive at the moment.
Instead I've been searching for an answer... R*N-B*I is a stock that is currently very undervalued and its 2-month chart tells a story.
Just weeks ago it was at 35 cents. Now we can pick it up for right around 20 cents and analysts are expecting it to reach a dollar in the coming weeks.
If that's not a good deal I don't know what is. The company operates in the legal cannabis industry.
They're set up in Colorado and there is a lot of action happening there right now as you know.
Colorado and Washington both legalized cannabis recently and the amount of money being made in the industry right this moment is mind boggling.

If I were you I'd buy as many shares of R-N*B-I as possible at these cheap prices.

The last spam uses a GIF image (MD5 144f8295df4241d9a411b5a5b3f2c793)  plus a load of random text to try to fool spam filters.

Pump-and-dump spams are always a type of fraud, and the stock prices usually collapse very soon afterwards. The collapse in RCHA stock prices seems to be happening right now according to the stock chart.

The stock price crashed sharply on Friday 4th April, dropping by 31% as 417,000 shares were traded. RCHA's history is convoluted and they have very little in the way of cash assets and relatively large liabilities.

Often with pump-and-dump spam runs there is a pattern of buying before the spam starts, but in this case there is no discernible pattern which makes me think that an existing stockholder is involved in the operation, in an attempt to bolster the share price as they dump stock.

Avoid.

What if you could get into a stock before it soared? I know it’s hard to time things properly. The market has been good overall as of late but it is getting harder and harder to make big gains in a short period of time.

I’ve found the next big mover, but you have to buy fast because on Monday morning you should be able to pick it up for around 20 cents. Come tuesday it could be too late. A reliable source has told me that we expect R.C.H.A to gain 5x its current levels and break a dollar before the end of the week.

They are working on some ground breaking stuff, and perhaps the FDA is about to approve something they have been working on?

I come across a situation like this very few times per decade. This is in fact only the third time I’ve been told about a company that is about to soar. If you can buy R.C.H.A for around 20 cents on Monday I would say that you are in great shape and I’d ride the wave up to over a dollar if i were you.

This is the opportunity of the year. It has come knocking on our door and trust me I am not going to miss this chance. A trusted friend of mine told me that R* C* H* A is about to go from 20 cents to over a dollar. This little biopharmaceutical company has been working on mind boggling technologies to treat acute myolegenous leukemia and something tells me they are about to announce something huge.


What could it be I don’t know, but everything seems to agree on the fact that it will go up very fast. If you are amongst the lucky ones we should be able to buy shares for cheap on Monday. Like between 20 and 30 cents. If we can do that I’d say we are in great shape and we can expect to ride the train up to over a dollar.

I’ll be holding until then I hope you do the same too I want to see us pull as much as possible out of this. I am sick of playing the big companies that don’t produce much gains.

In fact, at the time of writing the stock has increased in price by 75%. A big deal? A week ago the stock was at 30 cents, now it is at 35 cents.. but it dropped to 20 cents on Friday before the pump-and-dump run started. At the time of writing, almost two million shares have been traded. On a typical day there are zero trades.

But has the stock price actually gone up in value? All these figures show is a bubble caused by the pump-and-dump operation, I suspect that most of the sales come from whoever is behind the spam offloading stock onto unsuspecting investors.. and when they try to sell the stock they will end up taking a loss.

In the medium run, most stocks promoted through pump-and-dump spam runs collapse afterwards. I suspect the same thing will happen here.

PRFC (Epcylon Technologies, Inc) pump-and-dump spam

This pump-and-dump spam run happened last night, which would have been Thursday afternoon in the US. Usually spam runs of this type happen over the weekend, but this P&D run is not quite like others.

I know you were expecting to hear back from me much earlier but I didn't want to get back to you empty-handed. I finally found the perfect stock for you and I am confident that it will make you some serious profit. Remember the one I told you about in November of last year right? You did very well on it and I think this PRFC stock will do the same for your portfolio again.
I have to let you know though that I'm not the only one who found out about PRFC today. A few of my colleagues are aware as well and they are telling their friends and family about it so I must advise you to move fast if you want to buy it. I think it's trading at just around 15 cents right now, if you wait too long it might be at 30 or even higher and at that time I won't be able to safely advise you to buy it. You can buy as many shares as you can first thing at market open on Friday or worst case scenario buy it on Monday but move fast.
I know you don't care about what the company does because you know I've done all the due diligence for you already but PRFC is actually amazing and I think it will do much better than even the one I told you about a few months ago.
One of the company's divisions offers mobile software solutions for the gaming industry. The mobile apps allow customers to play lottery and other games of chance and skill on their smartphones. The software is extremely advanced and could be the backbone of all mobile casinos in the future. It is expected that the US will legalize online gaming in the near future and this could catapult PRFC to new highs however even without that the company's software is extremely valuable in the rest of the world and could become extremely profitable.  Something big is definitely brewing at the company. I heard something about buy out rumors but I don't have all the details yet I will keep you posted over the coming days or weeks.
Anyway I won't bore you with much more blabber, but if you have a second do check out PRFC. By the way I will be expecting a nice gift from you once you make fat bank on this one and a nice dinner with the wives is in order. It's been too long since we last spent a good evening over a bottle of wine. I was going to call you to tell you about PRFC but I figured youre probably asleep now with those crazy shifts you've been working. Take care and call me if there's anything.

Appended to the spam is some random text to try to fool spam filters.

According to stock charts, this spam has been successful and has pushed up the Epcylon Technologies, Inc / PRFC price by about 40% in afternoon trading.

The chart shows that 72885 shares were traded in this period, moving stock up from $0.14 to $0.20, the highest value for this stock since August. Trading is normally pretty thin for this stock at between 0 to 10,000 shares per day, but it does sometimes peak higher.

Usually with pump-and-dump scams somebody buys a large quantity of a few days before the spam run. This doesn't appear to be the case here, which leads to the possibility that the spam run is being pushed by an existing stockholder (it is unlikely to be anything to do with Epcylon though). Another thing that differentiates this pump-and-dump run from others is that there does seem to be some mildly positive news about this company.

However, I would urge you not to buy these stocks. The usual pattern is that the stock price collapses shortly after the initial spam run when the party responsible for the spam cashes out.

The spam itself was sent to scraped email addresses and addresses taken from various data breaches, although there does appear to have been some basic listwashing done to evade detection.
