"DOMAIN LISTINGS CENTER" spam
For some reason, I am seeing a big upswing in Canadian spam at the moment. This one is a very misleading offer entitled "ANNUAL WEBSITE SEARCH ENGINE SUBMISSION" for a domain that I have parked and have never used. It is only when you get near the bottom that the message carries a disclaimer "Note that THIS IS NOT A BILL. This is a solicitation. You are under no obligation to pay the amounts stated unless you accept this offer".

Just forwarded 3 of these junk mails to the store204 email address ...
"GUNTHER This is your Final Notice of Domain Listing"
what these guys are doing is perfectly legal, I asked my attorny to look into it and he said there is nothing illegal in what they are doing, they are following all laws unfortunatly :(
Canada basically has no anti-spam laws which is why this sort of thing goes on.
So, the email is an unsolicited bulk commercial email (most people's definition of spam), and it is most likely to be deceptive advertising (you have to read the small print). But illegal? Sadly, not in Canada it seems. However, this sort of activity does often violate their ISP / Web Host's terms of service and you should report it to them.
ROYROLAN, your comment is noted and we deleted the comments and the email addresses. Your tone is also noted ahole. Frankly I could care less about some spam heading to a UPS store that assists scammers. By now they would have had a few emails related to the scam. We'll give them the benefit of the doubt, they had no prior knowledge, however if I get another one I'll post their bloody email address all over the f...ing net.
Brad is really looking for trouble to himself.. sounds like it.
The funny thing is Brad is complaining about something this organization is doing which is perfecly legal, but instead he will get himself in trouble because of the the threats he's making and posting other people's private information. :D lol
Edgarnit . .extortion is illegal. Just because the Canadians turn a blind eye to it doesn't make it legal in this jurisdiction.
If these guys were legal it would be easier to contact them. Their company/business is not listed or registered anywhere, they operate out of a UPS PO Box and their contact email is bogus :(

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:
dolistscent3272@operamail.com
The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 dolistscent3272@operamail.com: Account Deactivated (state 14).
It is legal,although unfortunate...
Buying a domain name should not be such a mess, what with all the great internationally-recognised hosts out there...
