This fake financial spam does not come from
MV Milk but is instead a simple forgery with a malicious attachment:

Attached is a malicious Excel file named
V414980.XLS, which is the same payload as found in
this spam run also happening today.

Thanks Dynamoo. Mine came in at 11:20, 12 Nov; it must be quite a new piece of malware, as it was not identified by Avast.
