On May 19th. of this year (2012) I received the same letter. Only diference was the counselor did not leave her contacting infor.
I for the greater part new it was spam - given knowledge that in order to have filed against you with the BBB, one must be a member with the BBB. Nonetheless, I ran across this posting confirming my suspicion.
