This job offer is a fake, and in reality probably involves money laundering or handling stolen goods:

The spam is somewhat unusual in that it addresses me by my surname, indicating that the email data might have been stolen from a data breach (Adobe perhaps). The email originates from a freee Microsoft Outlook.com account and gives no clues as to its real origins. A look at Companies House Webcheck confirms that there is no company of this exact name, although there are several innocent companies with similar names.

Avoid.

I got this same email. Mine was specifically sent to an email account used exclusively for dealing with Santander Bank, UK. Perhaps that is where the data was leaked - directly or via a third party?

@CH: El Reg covered an alleged Santander email address leak last month. It definitely looks like something phishing is going on at Santander..

Yes I also got this email from my aunt, who got it from a friend. We are residing in Melbourne. I chanced upon your link while trying to search for the company profile. There is scant information about the company on the Internet; although it seems very convincing. How do you know that it involves money laundering??!?!

Received the same email. Notice that all the signatories mentioned in comments here are different - as was mine. To me that is spamming - we get many other emails offering all kinds of things - most always signed by different people, so it is a variety of bods out there who perpetrate these things - and use their own name ( or a fake one ) to forward to probably hundreds of addresses. Wouldn't mind betting it involves some form of money transfer to them 'to get started' on this alleged job. !!
